GRID: is an art project containing site-specific Art Installations by Anna Widén, Anna Weilhartner and Ådne Kongssund Løvstad in the Aaseth forest near Lillehammer, Norway.

”Can art projects make us connect to nature through all our senses in deeper and more prosperous ways, contributing to a closer and better understanding of both nature, art and man?”

The Aaseth forest art-project offers you the opportunities to experience the art interacting with nature be it winter, spring, summer or autumn. Soon you will note that all seasons are offering a very different experience both from nature and art.

Over time, the nature will change the art, and in the end revoke the materials used into nature again. This slow approach offers a more close relation to the processes in nature, in the circle of birth, growth, stagnation and return to the beginning.
